Club History

Twenty friends and neighbors of the Tabb and Poquoson communities, plus several supporters from the Kiwanis Club of Poquoson gathered on 15 Jun 03 at the Chapel Hill Green Restaurant to organize and establish the new Kiwanis Club of Tabb.

Under the leadership of Bob Kerlinger, a committee of past presidents of the Poquoson club recruited members and helped organize the new club to bring more business and community citizens into the Kiwanis fold.

Although our club is small, from the outset we have sought ways to help the local community and achieve the larger aims of Kiwanis International.
